Hey folks:
Can anyone give me advice about backpacking in 80 degree weather at elevation (in the Sierra's in CA)--the trip is considered strenuous as there is a 400 foot elevation in the last mile--I'm in good shape but live at sea-level in a cool climate and haven't been backpacking in 10 years--since before I got Addison's (technically I have polyglandular deficiency)--any advice would be appreciated...Julie
